Defect Guideline

We consider minor damage or stains to the box that occur during shipping or storage as standard "new" items.

If the box of a brand new item is found to be severely damaged or stained, we will inform the buyer of the condition of the box and confirm whether or not he/she wishes to proceed with the transaction.

If a discrepancy is found between the sales list and the item we receive from the seller, please note that the transaction may be canceled depending on the buyer's decision. Please also note that in the Used section, we ask sellers to submit images of the item, including the box, at the time of listing on our platform. This way, we can match buyers who have approved the condition of the item. If you wish, please consider listing your item in the "used" section.

【NOT PASSED】Does not pass authentication standards

Discoloration.
Scribbles on the product.
Midsole yellowing.
Stains on the product.
Creasing on the toe box or tried on.
Insole size difference > 0.5 cm even though the size listed is appropriate and suitable

【PASSED】Passes Authentication Standard

Minor stitching marks from the factory
Minor Creasing on the toe box from the factory.
Manufacturing defects from the factory in the quarter panel parts.
Minor Creasing in the quarter panel parts.
Minor scratch on the toe box.
Glittering on the overlays part.
Minor defect on the heel counter parts from the factory.
Minor defect on the midsole part from the factory.
