Kick Point Redemption – FAQ
1. How can I redeem a voucher?
Redemption vouchers can only be purchased using Kick Points.
2. When will the redeemed voucher be available in my account?
The voucher will be credited to your account within 1 × 24 hours on business days after redemption.
3. Does the redeemed voucher have an expiration date?
Yes. All redeemed vouchers will be valid until March 2027.
4. Is there a minimum purchase requirement to use the voucher?
No. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
5. Can the voucher be used for all product categories?
Yes. The voucher is valid for all product categories.
6. Where can the voucher be used?
The voucher can be used for purchases through the Kick Avenue website, mobile app, and offline stores.
7. Can the voucher be used with all payment methods?
Yes. The voucher is valid with all available payment methods.
8. Can the voucher be combined with another voucher or promotional code?
No. The voucher cannot be combined with any other vouchers or promotional codes.
9. Can a redeemed voucher be cancelled or converted back into Kick Points?
No. Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or converted back into Kick Points, including for the purpose of redeeming a voucher of a different value.
10. What happens to the voucher if the order is cancelled?
If the order is cancelled, the voucher will be returned to the user’s account.
11. Is there a limit to how many vouchers a user can redeem?
No. Users may redeem vouchers as many times as they wish, as long as they have sufficient Kick Points.
12. Do Kick Points expire?
Yes. Kick Points will continue to expire simultaneously on December 31 each year, including Kick Points earned during December. This is to prevent points from different annual periods from being carried over and mixed with the following year’s Kick Points.
13. What happens if the product price is lower than the voucher value?
Any unused remaining voucher value will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, carried forward, or converted back into Kick Points.
