How does Kick Avenue work?
Kick Avenue which is a marketplace will ensure satisfaction for buyers and sellers. Kick Avenue provides a place for buyers and sellers to transact safely and comfortably.
If both parties have reached an agreement, Kick Avenue as a marketplace will continue the transaction for both parties, starting from the authentication process, payment to delivery.
The procedure that will apply is like this:
- Buyers can buy through the Kick Avenue website / application and proceed with payment according to the appropriate payment method.
- The seller will send the sold product to the Kick Avenue warehouse first to be authenticated by the Kick Avenue team.
- If the product passes authentication and verification, Kick Avenue will forward the product to the buyer.
- However, if the product does not pass the authentication process, the buyer will be contacted by the Kick Avenue team for further information.
- For sellers whose products do not pass authentication, the seller is required to pick up within 3 months, or the Kick Avenue team has the right to donate this product.
- In certain cases, if the buyer feels that the product purchased is not authentic and can prove it with strong evidence, Kick Avenue will refund the purchase back as much as 200% of the purchase price. This refund will be broken down into 2 forms namely Kick Credit & Kick Point.
Buyers and Sellers do not need to do a legit checking or negotiation process, Kick Avenue is tasked with ensuring that both parties will reach the best deal with the supply and demand feature.
