Referral Code
General Guidelines
- User who shares the code is called "Referrer", User who uses the code is called "Referred Friend".
- Referrer must have a verified account on Kick Avenue to get a "Referral Code" that can be shared.
- Referral Code can be seen in "My Profile" → Invite a Friend.
- Users cannot use their own referral code.
- Users cannot use the same referral code more than once.
- User can use referral code from different people.
Referrer Benefit
- Referrer will get a 20% discount (maximum IDR 200,000) for every friend who successfully makes an order using the referrer code.
- Valid for all products on Kick Avenue platform with minimum purchase of IDR 1,000,000.
- The 20% discount will be automatically obtained in "My Voucher", and will only appear after your friend's purchase is successful & completed (Done status).
- Referrer will be notified via email after Referrer Friend has successfully made a purchase and Referrer can see the voucher code in 'My Voucher'.
- Voucher will be valid for three months since the voucher is obtained.
- Referral vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes in one order.
Referrer Friend Benefit
- Referrer Friend will get a voucher code for their next purchase.
- Benefit 20% (maximum discount IDR 200,000) discount will only be obtained for the second purchase after you enter the referral code in the first purchase (you will see Rp.0 discount when you use the referral code).
- This voucher is valid for three months after the voucher is obtained. The voucher will be automatically obtained after the first order has been completed (Status Done).
- If there is a failure in the transaction process, the voucher will be returned to the user's account (not forfeited). Unless, the user refuses to accept the purchase item.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes in one order.
