Buyer Terms
- Authenticity Guarantee: Kick Avenue verifies items to ensure authenticity but does not guarantee it beyond reasonable assurance. Buyers understand that all items undergo a quality and authenticity inspection.
- Returns and Refunds: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, do not match the description, or were incorrectly sent. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receipt.
- Buyer Fees: Buyers may incur a processing fee, shipping fee, and/or any applicable tax during checkout, which is non-refundable except in cases of misrepresentation or defects.
- Order Acceptance and Payment: Orders are only accepted upon successful payment and seller confirmation. Payment methods include [list accepted methods]. In the case of a payment issue, Kick Avenue may cancel the order.
