Seller Terms
- Product Compliance: Sellers must ensure their products comply with all applicable laws in the country it is operating in, including those related to safety, intellectual property, and authenticity. Any non-compliant listings will be removed, and the seller may face account suspension.
- Condition and Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for listing items accurately, including detailed descriptions, product images, and disclosures regarding item condition. Kick Avenue reserves the right to modify listing descriptions for clarity and consistency.
- Shipping and Handling: Sellers must ensure items are securely packaged and shipped promptly to Kick Avenue’s facility for authentication. Sellers cover the initial shipping fees; Kick Avenue will not reimburse additional costs beyond agreed fees.
- Seller Fees and Payouts: A transaction fee is applied to each sale. Payouts are issued only after successful delivery to the buyer, minus applicable fees. Sellers are responsible for any tax obligations arising from sales.
- Returns and Liability: In the case of buyer returns due to product misrepresentation or defects, the seller is responsible for handling the returned item. Sellers agree that Kick Avenue holds no liability for damages incurred during buyer return shipments.
- Non-Compliance: Sellers may be subject to penalties, account restrictions, or permanent bans for violating terms or failing to meet quality standards.
