My item was sold on Kick Avenue. What should I do?

When your product is successfully sold, please follow the following procedure:

Please confirm the sale in your account within max. 2x24 hours.
	Print the label provided in your email and include it in your product box / packaging. If you do not have time to print the label, you can write your Order ID and Email clearly on paper and still include it in your product box / packaging.
	Please make sure the provisions in point 2 have been carried out properly to avoid lost items, delays, or mixed

What is the right way to package your sales products?

In packaging your sales products, please do it correctly and take the following steps:

Please pack your products in double boxes to avoid damage to the box during shipping. Damage and obstacles that occur on the expedition when shipping to the warehouse, it is outside the responsibility of Kick Avenue.

How do I find out about my sales?

You can view the sales tab on your account in the Selling Dashboard section or by opening any notifications you have there. Don't worry, Kick Avenue will also send notifications via email if a buyer orders your product. If a sale occurs on your product, the next step you need to do is follow the points and conditions in the FAQ in the section "My item sold on Kick Avenue. What should I do?"

Can I cancel my sale?

Accepted Answer

Kick Avenue does not recommend you to cancel orders as it will impact your points as a seller. It may also result in higher commission rates and/or suspension for your account as well as future sales. We wish the best experience for buyers and discourage sellers from canceling orders. However, the final decision remains with the seller for whatever reason you may have. When will I get the proceeds of my sales?

After the item has been received by the Kick Avenue team, we will immediately verify your item. If your item has passed verification, your earnings will be adjusted immediately and entered in the Seller Credit balance within max. 1x24 hours [Transactions that pass verification as of September 1, 2023]. For every withdrawal of funds on Seller Credit that you make, a cash out fee of 3% (maximum IDR 3,000,000) + IDR 2,000 Service Fee will be charged. Please note that Kick Credit withdrawals are not

What happens if I don't confirm the sale?

We understand there are certain situations that arise and result in delays in confirmation. However, within max. 2 days your sales will be auto canceled which will affect your sales points & commissions and will be subject to fines according to applicable regulations. If you are unable to make sales for a certain period of time, you can activate Holiday Mode on your sales account so that this will temporarily disable the listing.

How long does the authentication process take at Kick Avenue?

This process takes max. 2 working days after we receive your product. If you send us an item that does not match the listing (e.g.: wrong size, different SKU, etc.) we will immediately inform you about the problem.

What happens if my item does not pass authentication?

Accepted Answer

If we deem your item to be inauthentic or unsalable at our discretion, we will fully refund the buyer and then contact you and invite you to come to the Kick Avenue office. This is to help you find out about the product issue. However, if you submit a product return then we will send the product and the shipping costs are fully borne by you. A sales transaction will occur when the buyer has made payment for your product. In this case, we give you 2 days to confirm the transaction and 2 days to ship your product. If you exceed the time limit, your sales transaction will be automatically canceled by our system.

Why is my account suspended?

Accepted Answer

We have a policy to suspend accounts with the following criteria:

You have sales points equal to or less than 4.9 points.
	You fail to follow sales instructions.
	You have sales fines that need to be paid.

How long does it take to disburse the proceeds to your personal account?

Accepted Answer

The cash out process will take 1 - 2 working days. Disbursements made on Friday - Sunday will be processed on the next business day / will be processed on Monday. Please note that the cash out process requires confirmation on your email, make sure your email is active so that the cash out process can be done.

How do I pay the penalty fee?

If your account is suspended because you have a negative Seller Credit balance, you can reactivate it by paying the deficiency penalty through Kick Credit. However, if there is sufficient Seller Credit balance, the fine will be taken through the balance. Make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment / you can top up on Kick Credit to pay it off.

Conditions for sellers withdrawing / taking their goods (seller takeout):
* Seller takeout requests can be made by contacting Kick Avenue Official CS
* Seller takeout requests using J&T COD can be made on Monday - Friday at 10:00 - 17:00 (excluding public holidays)
* Request for seller takeout Warehouse Pick Up / Private Courier Pickup can only be done on Tuesday - Friday at 10:00 - 15:00 (excluding national holidays)
* Takeout pickup process that has been confirmed can only be done on Tuesd
