What is the right way to package your sales products?
To ensure your product arrives safely at the Kick Avenue warehouse, sellers must follow these packing guidelines:
- Use Double Boxing: Pack your product inside an additional protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Secure the Packaging: Use extra protective materials, such as bubble wrap or packing fillers, when necessary to keep the product secure.
- Include Order Identification: Print the order label sent to your email and place it inside the package. If you cannot print it, clearly write your Order ID and account email address on a piece of paper.
- Shipping Multiple Products: If multiple orders are shipped in one package, ensure each product has its own Order ID label or note and include a packing list to prevent mix-ups.
- Check Before Shipping: Make sure all products, accessories, and order labels are included, and the package is securely sealed before handing it over to the courier.
