Can I cancel my sale?
Kick Avenue does not recommend you to cancel orders as it will impact your points as a seller. It may also result in higher commission rates and/or suspension for your account as well as future sales. We wish the best experience for buyers and discourage sellers from canceling orders. However, the final decision remains with the seller for whatever reason you may have. The option to cancel is listed on the Selling Dashboard under the In Progress tab, select the Reject button on your product and provide the reason for the cancellation and confirm the cancellation. Every reject made will be subject to penalty / fine with the following details:
- Transaction < IDR 5,000,000: Penalty Fee of IDR 50,000
- Transaction > IDR 5,000,000: Penalty Fee of 1.5% of the total transaction.
