What happens if I don't confirm the sale?
Sellers must confirm each sale within 48 hours of the product being sold. If the sale is not confirmed within this timeframe, the transaction will be automatically canceled and may affect your Seller Points and selling commission, with penalties applied according to Kick Avenue's policies.
If you plan to take a break from selling, you can activate Holiday Mode to temporarily deactivate your listings.
Note: Holiday Mode does not cancel existing transactions. Any sales already made must still be processed within the applicable deadlines.
