What happens if my item does not pass authentication?
If we deem your item to be inauthentic or unsalable at our discretion, we will fully refund the buyer and then contact you and invite you to come to the Kick Avenue office. This is to help you find out about the product issue. However, if you submit a product return then we will send the product and the shipping costs are fully borne by you. If there is no submission of product returns, within 3 months the product is fully owned by PT Karunia Internasional Citra Kencana. Any form of sales failure will affect your points and commissions.
