Why is my account suspended?

Kick Avenue may suspend your selling account for the following reasons:

  1. Your Seller Points reach 4.9 or below.
  2. You fail to follow selling requirements, such as confirming sales, submitting tracking numbers on time, or shipping sold products.
  3. You have outstanding selling penalties.

Types of Account Suspension:

  • Temporary Suspension: A temporary restriction resulting from selling violations or unpaid penalties. Your account will be automatically reactivated once the penalty payment is completed successfully.
  • Permanent Suspension: A permanent restriction applied when your Seller Points reach 4.9 or below. Permanently suspended accounts cannot be reactivated.

While your account is suspended, you will not be able to create new listings or receive new sales.
