1. What is the Express Shipping program?

All approved consignment items will automatically join the Express Shipping program to improve delivery speed and sales performance.

2. What are the benefits of Express Shipping?

• Orders are fulfilled within 1 business day after a successful transaction.

• Listings are activated within H+5 after passing QC.

• Express products receive higher visibility on the platform.

This helps improve conversion rate and sell-through performance.

3. When does the Storage Fee Policy start?

The policy is effective starting March 1st, 2026.

4. How is the storage fee calculated?

Storage fees are based on how long an item remains unsold after it becomes actively listed:

• 0–1 month: Free

• 1–3 months: IDR 8,000 per item/month

• 3–6 months: IDR 16,000 per item/month

• More than 6 months: IDR 24,000 per item/month

5. When does the aging period begin?

Aging is calculated from the date your SKU becomes actively listed (after inbound and QC).
For existing items, aging starts from March 1st, 2026.

6. Is the storage fee a penalty?

No. The storage fee is a liquidity control mechanism to encourage healthy inventory turnover and reduce slow-moving stock.

7. Will I receive notification before moving to the next aging tier?

Yes. Sellers will receive advance notifications before items enter the next storage tier.

8. Can any products get free extended storage?

Yes. Selected or platform-recommended products may receive up to 1 year of free storage, depending on market demand and strategic alignment.

9. How are storage fees paid?

All storage fees are automatically calculated and deducted from your seller balance.
You can monitor all charges through your seller dashboard.

10. What happens if my item remains unsold for more than 6 months?

Our team may recommend:

• Repricing the item

• Withdrawing (take-out) the stock

This is to help improve sell-through and reduce long-term storage exposure.
