How to sell on Kick Avenue?
If you are a company, already own a store, or have a good reputation in another marketplace, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0812-1000-5425 (no calls) or email us at cs@kickavenue.com. If you are an individual who would like to sell or resell products on Kick Avenue, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account and click the “Sell Now” button.
2. Complete all required information and upload documentation that accurately reflects the condition of your product. Please include a minimum of 5 photos of the item.
3. You may set your desired selling price. Prices must be set in increments of IDR 10,000.
4. Click Submit, and your product will be reviewed by the Kick Avenue team.
5. Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days and notify you regarding the status of your listing.

7. Sellers must clearly and accurately describe the condition of the item when listing it on Kick Avenue. (Incorrect or misleading information may cause issues during the sales process.)
8. We do not accept products that have been repainted, repaired, or customized (Custom & Repaint), or products with Broken Size conditions (different sizes between the pair). If such products are listed, the transaction will be automatically canceled and the buyer will receive a refund.
9. Sellers on Kick Avenue will be evaluated using a performance point system (1–10 points). The following adjustments may apply and can affect seller commissions:
+0.2 points — Successful transaction
−1 point — Failed transaction or item not matching the listed condition
−2 points — Item fails the authentication process
By using Kick Avenue’s services, all users are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions established by the company.
