How to make a purchase?
Follow these steps to make a purchase through the Kick Avenue website or app.
Step 1: Log In and Choose a Product
Log in to your Kick Avenue account, then browse and select the product you want to purchase. Click Buy to continue.
Step 2: Select Your Size
Choose your preferred product size.
Step 3: Choose a Shipping Option
Select from the available shipping options: Express, Standard, or Pre-Order.
Shipping options may vary depending on the product, size, and seller availability.
Step 4: Select Product Condition
Choose your preferred product condition:
- Brand New: Click Buy to proceed with your purchase.
- Imperfect (Defect/Used): Click See Listings to review the available products and their conditions. Select your preferred listing, then click Buy.
Step 5: Checkout
Review your order details, including the product, size, condition, shipping address, voucher (if applicable), and payment method.
Once everything is correct, click Checkout to continue.
Step 6: Complete Your Payment
Follow the payment instructions for your selected payment method and complete your payment before the deadline.
Step 7: Track Your Order
Once your payment is successful, your order will be processed according to the selected shipping option.
You can track your order status under the Buying section of your Kick Avenue account.
Important Notes:
Please make sure all order details, especially the product size and condition, are correct before completing your payment. Size exchanges or returns are not accepted if the product received matches the order, except in cases that qualify under Kick Avenue's Return Policy.
