How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?
Regular:
The delivery process is as follows:
- After successful payment, your order status will be Waiting Seller Confirmation. In this status our system will inform the seller to confirm within max. 2x24 hours.
- If the seller has confirmed, your order status will become Waiting Seller Delivering. In this status, the seller will send the sold items to the Kick Avenue warehouse within max. 2x24 hours and continue verification and authentication if the item has been received at the Kick Avenue warehouse.
- After the seller sends your ordered product to the warehouse, your order status will become En Route to Kick Avenue. In this status, your item is in the process of being shipped to the Kick Avenue Warehouse. In general, this process takes a maximum of 5x24 hours* for the product to arrive at the Kick Avenue Warehouse.
- If the product has been received at the Kick Avenue Warehouse, then your order status will become Verification Progress. In this status, the authentication and verification process will take max. 2 business days.
- If there is a delay, it is most likely caused by anomalies in the product or from the expedition process used by the seller.
- Delivery time depends on the choice of shipping method / expedition as well as the distance / location of the address listed.
- The total estimated order process at Kick Avenue takes 3-10 business days until the product arrives at your address.
*The length of time for delivery in point 7 depends on the location of the seller when sending the goods to the warehouse. If the delivery of the sales item exceeds the specified time limit, the sales status will be canceled automatically by the system and the buyer has the right to apply for a refund for the order status.
Express Shipping:
Delivery for products with the Lightning or Express Shipping logo will be sent on the same business day or a maximum of H + 1 after we receive the order (Sameday Service before 15.00 WIB on the same day) and (Instant Service before 16.00 WIB on the same day).
