Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations on Kick Avenue depend on the selected shipping option:
- Express Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.
- Standard & Pre Order: Cancellation requests may be submitted before the seller confirms the order, subject to Kick Avenue's approval. Once the seller has confirmed the order, cancellation is no longer possible.
In certain circumstances, Kick Avenue may cancel an order due to fulfillment issues, such as product unavailability or failure to pass our verification process.
