Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellations of your order before the seller confirms (your order is still in Awaiting Seller Confirmation status). This can happen depending on what action is taken first (excluding Pre-Order items). If the cancellation is submitted outside of operating hours, the process will be carried out on the next day in accordance with applicable regulations. The provisions referred to are that this can be done if the order status has not been confirmed by the seller.
