How do I make an offer on Kick Avenue?

You can submit a price offer through the Make Offer feature on the Kick Avenue website or app.

1. Log in to your Kick Avenue account, then select your preferred product and size.
2. Click Offer to open the offer checkout page.
3. Enter your offer price in multiples of IDR 10,000.
4. Choose an offer validity period of 7, 14, or 30 days.
5. Review your shipping address and payment method, then click Checkout to submit your offer.

If the seller accepts your offer:

• Kick Credit: Payment will be processed automatically using the sufficient balance required when placing the offer.
• Other Payment Methods: Complete your payment within 12 hours of offer acceptance. Otherwise, the transaction will be automatically canceled.

Note: No deposit is required to place an offer. However, if you select Kick Credit, you must have sufficient balance to cover your offer amount.

How do I track my offer status?

You can track your offers through your Kick Avenue account by following these steps:

1. Log in to the Kick Avenue website or app.
2. Go to Buying and select the Offer tab.
3. View your active offers, including the offer price and expiration date.

Once an offer is accepted by the seller, the order will move to Pending or In Progress, depending on its transaction status. Expired offers can be found under History.

How do I edit or cancel an offer?

You can edit or delete an offer as long as it has not been accepted by the seller.

1. Log in to your Kick Avenue account and go to Buying → Offer.
2. Open the details of the offer you want to modify.
3. To edit your offer, adjust the offer price or validity period, then click Save.
4. To cancel your offer, click Delete Offer.

Note:

• The offer validity period will restart from the time your changes are saved.
• The selected payment method cannot be changed.
• Offers that have already been accepted by the seller cannot be edited or canceled.
