Can I track orders in progress?
Kick Avenue has an automated system that will keep you updated regarding your orders as they are being placed. You can go to the 'Buying Dashboard' tab to check your purchase history and track your ongoing orders. For the statuses on your order, it can be explained as follows:
- Waiting seller confirmation: Waiting for the seller to confirm your order.
- Waiting seller delivering: Waiting for the seller to deliver your product to the Kick Avenue warehouse.
- En Route to Kick Avenue: The product has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the Kick Avenue warehouse.
- Verification Progress: The product has been received and is in the process of authentication and verification by the Kick Avenue team.
- Verification Passed: Your product has passed the authentication stage and will proceed to the shipping stage.
- Under Review: Your product is in the process of further research regarding the authentication of your product.
- Verification Failed: Your product did not pass the authentication stage and will proceed to the refund stage.
- Awaiting shippment: The product is already in the delivery queue at the expedition. After the expedition issues a AWB number, the buyer will get update about the receipt.
- Delivering: Your product is in the process of being shipped to your address.
- Refunded: Your product did not pass authentication and verification so the funds will be returned to you.
