What happens if I don't send the item I want to return?
If you have submitted a request for return of goods and have been approved by Kick Avenue via Customer Service WhatsApp, then the period / limit for delivery of goods is max. 2 days after Kick Avenue confirms the approval of the return process. If within the specified time period there is no confirmation regarding the delivery of the item, the return process cannot be processed or declared canceled.
