What happens if I don't send the item I want to return?
Once your return request has been approved by Kick Avenue, you must ship the product and provide the tracking number to Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving return approval.
If the product has not been shipped and the tracking number has not been provided within this timeframe, Kick Avenue will consider that you no longer wish to proceed with the return, and your return request may be canceled and closed.
