Easy Return
1. What is Easy Return?
Easy Return is Kick Avenue's return policy that allows buyers to return eligible Express Shipping products if they are not suitable or do not meet expectations.
2. Which products are eligible for Easy Return?
Easy Return is currently only available for products with the Express Shipping label that meet the Easy Return requirements. Products with a release year older than 5 years (Vintage Items) are not eligible and cannot be returned through the Easy Return program.
2A. Why are Vintage Items (products released more than 5 years ago) not eligible for Easy Return?
Products released more than 5 years ago have unique characteristics related to their age and storage conditions. Over time, materials may undergo a natural aging process that can potentially result in conditions such as discoloration, glue separation, material deterioration, oxidation, or other age-related changes.
To ensure transparency, information regarding the product's release year and a disclaimer regarding age-related material risks are displayed on the product page before purchase.
By purchasing the product, buyers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the characteristics and risks associated with the product. Therefore, products released more than 5 years ago are not eligible for the Easy Return program.
3. What is the return request period?
Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 5 × 24 hours after the product has been received.
4. What are the requirements for a return to be processed?
The product must meet the following requirements:
- The Kick Avenue Authentic Tag must remain attached and intact
- The product must not have been used
- The box and all accessories must be complete and in good condition
- The return request must be submitted within the specified timeframe
5. Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. An unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded continuously without any cuts or edits, starting from the sealed package until the product is clearly shown.
6. How do I submit a return request?

Our team will provide a Return Form that must be completed before the product is shipped back.
7. Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
If the return is not caused by an error on Kick Avenue's part, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
If the return is due to an error by Kick Avenue, the return shipping cost will be covered by Kick Avenue.
8. What type of refund will I receive?
After the product has been received and verified by our operations team:
For return requests unrelated to shipping errors or product discrepancies, refunds will be issued in the form of Kick Points.
If an error is found on Kick Avenue's part (such as a product not matching the description, incorrect size/SKU, or undisclosed defects), buyers may choose to receive their refund through the original payment method or in the form of Kick Points.
Kick Points:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Can only be used for transactions on Kick Avenue
- Are subject to the validity period determined by the system
9. How long does the refund process take?
- Product verification: 2–5 business days
- Kick Point refund: within 1 × 24 hours after approval
- Refund to the original payment method: 1–14 business days
10. Will all return requests be approved?
No. Return requests may be rejected if:
- The Kick Avenue Authentic Tag has been removed or damaged
- The product has been used
- A valid unboxing video is not provided
- The request is submitted after the allowed timeframe
- The product is not returned in the same condition as when it was received
- The product is classified as a Vintage Item and is not eligible for Easy Return
The Easy Return program does not apply to Vintage Items or any other product categories that are specifically excluded from the program.
Kick Avenue reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with the applicable Easy Return terms, conditions, and guidelines.
