Can I track orders in progress?
You can track your order through the Kick Avenue website or app by following these steps:
- Log in to your Kick Avenue account.
- Go to Buying → In Progress.
- Select your order to view its current status and shipping details.
Standard & Pre Order Statuses
- Waiting Seller Confirmation: Your order has been placed and is awaiting seller confirmation, which may take up to 48 hours.
- Seller Preparing Item: The seller has confirmed the order and is preparing the product for shipment to Kick Avenue, within 48 hours.
- Awaiting Courier Pickup, En Route to Kick Avenue, and Approaching Kick Avenue: Stages of the shipping process from the seller to the Kick Avenue warehouse, with a combined estimated processing time of 8 days for Standard and 15 days for Pre Order.
- Authentication in Progress: The product has arrived at the Kick Avenue warehouse and is undergoing authenticity and condition verification, taking up to 2 days.
- Authentication Complete: The product has passed verification and is ready for shipment preparation.
- Packing for Delivery: The product is being packed and prepared for shipment to the buyer, taking up to 24 hours.
- Delivering to You: The product has been handed over for delivery to the buyer's address.
- Order Completed: Your order has been marked as completed, either through your confirmation of receipt or an automatic system update. If you haven't received your product yet, Kick Avenue will continue to assist with the delivery.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping orders proceed through authentication completion, shipment preparation, delivery, and order completion.
The tracking number for delivery to your address will be available in your order details once provided.
