Can I change my address once the order has been placed?
Yes, you may request a shipping address change as long as your order has not been handed over to the courier and the change does not affect the shipping fee.
To request an address change, please contact Kick Avenue Customer Service or email cs@kickavenue.com, providing your order number and new shipping address.
Note: Address change requests are subject to your order status. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the shipping address cannot be changed through Kick Avenue.
