How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?
Standard (Brand New & Used)
The shipping process is as follows:
- Once your payment has been successfully completed, your order status will change to Waiting Seller Confirmation. At this stage, our system will notify the seller to confirm the order within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours.
- Once the seller has confirmed the order, the status will change to Seller Preparing Item. At this stage, the seller is required to ship the sold item to the Kick Avenue Warehouse within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours.
- Once the seller has arranged the shipment to Kick Avenue, the order status will change to Awaiting Courier Pickup. At this stage, the item is waiting to be picked up by the courier from the seller’s location.
- Once the courier has picked up the item, the order status will change to En Route to Kick Avenue. At this stage, the item is being shipped to the Kick Avenue Warehouse. In general, this process may take up to 8 x 24 hours for the item to arrive at the Kick Avenue Warehouse (effective June 2, 2025).
- When the item is approaching our warehouse, the order status will change to Approaching Kick Avenue. At this stage, the item is already within the vicinity of the Kick Avenue Warehouse and is expected to arrive shortly.
- Once the item has been received at the Kick Avenue Warehouse, the order status will change to Verification Progress. At this stage, the authentication and verification process will begin.
- Sellers may request an additional 2 x 24-hour extension for the item to arrive at the Kick Avenue Warehouse, subject to approval from Kick Avenue (effective June 2, 2025).
- In the event of a delay, it may be caused by an issue or anomaly related to the product or by the shipping process handled by the seller’s chosen courier.
- Shipping duration may vary depending on the courier service selected and the distance or location of the shipping address.
The estimated total order processing time at Kick Avenue is approximately 3–14 days until the product arrives at your address.
Pre-Order
The shipping process is as follows:

- Once the seller has confirmed the order, the status will change to Seller Preparing Item. At this stage, the seller is required to ship the sold item to the Kick Avenue Warehouse within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours.
- Once the seller has arranged the shipment to Kick Avenue, the order status will change to Awaiting Courier Pickup. At this stage, the item is waiting to be picked up by the courier from the seller’s location.
- Once the courier has picked up the item, the order status will change to En Route to Kick Avenue. At this stage, the item is being shipped to the Kick Avenue Warehouse. In general, this process may take up to 17 x 24 hours for the item to arrive at the Kick Avenue Warehouse (effective June 2, 2025).
- When the item is approaching our warehouse, the order status will change to Approaching Kick Avenue. At this stage, the item is already within the vicinity of the Kick Avenue Warehouse and is expected to arrive shortly.
- Once the item has been received at the Kick Avenue Warehouse, the order status will change to Verification Progress. At this stage, the authentication and verification process will begin.

- The estimated total order processing time at Kick Avenue is approximately 14-21 days until the product arrives at your address.
*The shipping duration stated in point 4 depends on the seller’s location when shipping the item to the Kick Avenue Warehouse. If the seller’s shipment exceeds the specified time limit, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system, and the buyer will be entitled to request a refund for the cancelled order.
Express Shipping
Products marked with the Lightning Bolt (⚡) / Express Shipping logo will be shipped on the same business day or no later than the next business day (H+1) after the order is received.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days (Monday–Friday) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders will be delivered using Kick Avenue’s courier partners, including TIKI, Paxel, and J&T. The courier will be selected based on service availability in the recipient’s area.
